So what are you waiting for people lets take a little peek shall we.........
How gorgeous is this bedroom its dreamy isnt it. I love the bed, Ive always had a thing for four posters & this is just perfect. The creamy seashell edged quilt layered over a white bedspread covers the bed while an old red toile blanket warms your toes at the foot. The small sofa at the foot looks incredibly cosy & the chandelier is a beautiful touch, Courtney has added a few crystal strands to it for an extra pop of bling.
This beautiful nightstand is a french commode that was origionaly in the living room but I think Courtney made the right decision moving it to the bedroom it suits the room perfectly dont you think? Its a striking piece of furniture with a faux marble painted top and gilded accents.
Ok now follow me through to the bathroom ( I have a passion for bathrooms being that I design them for a living) & this vintage styled one is just simply adorable. I love the furniture pieces here. Courtney has an incredible eye for stunning furniture pieces I have to say. This cabinet is so pretty especially set against the gorgeous wallpaper. Its nice to see wallpaper in the bathroom I think it makes it feel very cosy especially mixed with the tile splash back around the bath & the paneling. It all pulls together well here. I do love the vintage towel rack as well as the tin tub placed on the stall for added towel storage.
Courtney has added a second wash basin & mirror here, a great idea for a busy family who are all in & out of the bathroom in the mornings. The soft blind at the window is very elegant. I am in love with this wallpaper its beautiful.
Lets take a closer look at the dainty little nightstand thats housed between the sinks. Its the perfect place for storing makeup and lady stuff. Didnt I say the lady had some gorgeous furniture pieces. You really do need to blog hop over to take a closer look at Courtneys beautiful home. She has a fantstic blog filled with great ideas & inspiration. But dont take my word for it go see for yourselves http://frenchcountrycottage.blogspot.com/
