colour inspiration

 

Last week we looked at the soft feminine shade of pink but today we are going to take it up a few shades & look at raspberry red, a slightly muted  shade of the red pallette. When we think of red we often think bright vibrant shades but raspberry offers a softer more romantic feel in a similar way to pink but its a more grown up colour with a pop more punch & depth.
I think it works beautifully in this bathroom below, its very comfortable & warm feeling while as racey as a bright red it has a slightly calmer feel to it but very sexy still.  


Raspberry is perfect in splashes of colour for an oriental styled space, it works really well agaist the white & black pallette making it a softer & more feminine finish.
