Friends Feature Friday with Hannah's Buns

So here it is our first post for 'Friends Feature Friday' & welcome to the very lovely Hannah from .hannahsbuns.
Hannah Jones

My Name is Hannah Jones and I am the sole owner of Hannahs Buns.  I started my
culinary journey four years ago when I decided I wanted to be a chef. So I
enrolled on a college course and got myself a part time job at The Plough  a
sweet little pub/restaurant  in the beautiful  Suffolk country side.  I worked
there for fourteen months I was buzzing and wanted to explore and learn more so
I went to work at The Swan in the  Historic village of  Lavenham.  A prestigious
hotel with four stars and two rosettes, I worked extremely hard there earning
myself employee of the month after only one month of being there. I worked on
the breakfast section, pastry and I was in charge of the afternoon teas. I then
won an amazing competition to work at Rick steins Sea food restaurant in
Cornwall for one weeks work experience. It was truly amazing and  I will never
forget about my time there.   I am extremely passionate about cooking and think
of little else.  I have been on courses specialising in pasta, truffles and cake
decorating. I have now taken the step to start my own business "Hannahs Buns" I
make and decorate bespoke cakes and pastries for any occasion.  I use the finest
ingredients I can find and I put my heart and soul into everything I bake.  I
love turning simple ingredients into marvellous celebration centre pieces, it
gives me great satisfaction when I see my clients faces when I deliver the cake
and I know they are pleased with my work. Thank you for taking the time to read
my blog and please visit my website where you will find recipes and my on line
portfolio.  I am also on Face book, Twitter and I have my own You-tube channel
where I reveal my recipes and share my knowledge of cooking with others.  Thanks
